Inside Storm in a Teacup

Lingerie

At last! We have finally launched our new range of 1940s and 50s style lingerie from English boutique manufacturer What Katie Did!

What Katie Did is the biggest manufacturer of faux vintage lingerie in the UK today. What Katie Did corsets are all spiral steel boned and designed to reduce the waist by up to 4 inches. Each corset is made by hand by one experienced corsetier from start to finish.

What Katie Did lingerie includes their famous Maitresse bullet bra which features spiral stitching on the cup to produce a cone 'sweater girl' look. Bullet bras were extremely popular in the 1950s and their appeal today is obvious to see!

What Katie Did started as purely a stockings retailer and today stockings are still a big part of the company. Nylon fully fashioned stockings were made famous in the 1940s and they are still the stockings of choice for stocking fashionistas. Fully fashioned seamed stockings are still made on vintage machinery and have a distinctive 'finishing loop' at the top of the leg. What Katie Did also carry a wide range of modern seamed nylons both in plain and contrast colours plus a selection of seamfree rht stockings and fishnets.

Take a look at their beautiful corsets, sexy stockings and saucy undies all vintage inspired for unique style.
